All sales are final and we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. But, if you notice an error when you receive your order, we apologize and ask you to please reach to us at contact@graciaballoons.com with your order number and an explanation, we will do our best to correct our mistake.

We are able to ship anywhere in the continental US. Shipping cost varies order to order. It’s our goal to ship within the next 24 to 48 hours, but do notice that we don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays and all U.S. national observed holidays.

Although Online is extremely convenient when you already have a clear vision of what you are looking, seeing us at our shop is also a great way to make your order, we can work with your ideas and give you the best options to make the most of your event

We have our catalog online and you can send an inquiry form to see the availability on those. Please note that due to liability reasons, all backdrops and props must be delivered and set up by our team. There is a deposit fee to be paid in all backdrop and prop rentals.

Absolutely! We are willing to travel and arrange a delivery. Please note that a delivery fee apply to all of our orders, no matter the distance.

We strive to answer all inquiries within 48 hours or less depending on your event date, if you submit your order during the weekend we might take a little more.

Please be patient with us, especially in a busy season! We prioritize orders based on time received, and date of the event, but rest assured that we will get to you within 48 hours.

Ideally at least 2 weeks in advance, but we recommend you send your inquiry as soon as you have a date for your event. We never know if we need to order something specific for your order, so the sooner the better, but if you have an event for the next days or same week give us a call (318-562-3203) or reach out to oders@graciaballoons.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Once we finish the installation we do not return unless we have to come back to get rentals and props back. Strike down may be hired for just balloon take down for a fee.
